    (1-hour initial consultation + 4 x 30-minute follow-ups + weekly 10-minute message check-ins, to be used within 6 months)

    This in-depth package is designed for people who need longer-term support to manage more complex or chronic conditions. It’s particularly suited for:

    • Weight management

    • Type 2 Diabetes

    • PCOS & fertility support

    • Menopause & endometriosis

    • Disordered eating & rebuilding a healthier relationship with food

    With this package, we’ll take time to align your dietary and lifestyle factors to create meaningful, lasting changes. Together, we’ll look at not only your nutrition but also your sleep, physical activity, stress, and routines — empowering you to feel in control and confident about your health.



  • For those who prefer flexibility, individual consultations can be booked as stand-alone sessions or as ongoing support as needed.

    Initial Consultation – £150 (60 minutes)

    Your first consultation is a comprehensive, one-to-one session designed to give you a clear starting point. During this appointment, we will:

    • Discuss your current health concerns and personal goals

    • Review your medical history, recent blood tests, and any relevant investigations

    • Identify realistic, achievable outcomes tailored to your lifestyle and priorities

    • Begin working towards change using evidence-based, holistic advice combined with behaviour change techniques

    • Recommend further investigations or referrals if required

    By the end of this session, you will have a personalised plan and practical strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

    Follow-Up Consultations

    • 30 minutes – £100

    • 45 minutes – £120

    Follow-up sessions provide structured support and accountability as you work towards your goals. In these appointments, we will:

    • Review your progress since the previous session

    • Address any challenges or barriers you may have encountered

    • Adapt your plan where needed, ensuring it remains realistic and effective

    • Strengthen your confidence with practical strategies tailored to your circumstances

    These sessions ensure your progress is sustainable, empowering, and aligned with your long-term health outcomes.

  • In addition to individual consultations, I also offer group workshops that can be tailored to the needs of organisations and community settings.
